We own a lot in the Lower Florida Keys about 20 miles from Key West, which is the southernmost point in the United States and has the very best winter weather!  There has never been a freeze in Key West!

We rent it out when we're not using it.  Due to family health issues, we aren't going to be able to spend our winter there.

At this time, the lot will be available for rent through February or March.  Monthly only.

Think tropical ocean breezes, palm trees, and clear  turquoise blue water.

AVERAGE ANNUAL TEMPERATURES

 December-Jan average highs are in the mid 70's
and the average lows are in the upper 60's

Venture Out Resort is a resort community with Rv lots, park models and mobile homes.  

overflow parking for boats and extra vehicles (fee charged) and is limited to two weeks

RATES AND RENTAL INFORMATION

RATES

JANUARY - $80 per night
FEBRUARY - $85
MARCH - $75

*12.5% Florida sales and bed tax will be added to final bill*
(monthly only for January through March)

Electricity not included in monthly rates and is billed on metered usage.

We have a Realtor handle the rentals for us. She charges a one time per stay processing fee of $40. There is a $45 fee for security deposit protection policy and the resort charges all guests a one time fee of $53.75 per stay. These fees don't change regardless of the length of the stay. 2 nights or 2 months. The longer you stay, the better the daily rates will be. The processing fees apply for all stays.

JUNE THROUGH OCTOBER RATES:

$35 nightly, plus taxes, *processing fees additional. PLUS a 10% discount for monthly rates

Florida Mini Lobster season - rates are $40 nightly 7 night minimum, plus taxes, * processing fees*

Rv and tow vehicle or towed car must fit on space in front of Rv. Only one additional vehicle (other than rv) are allowed per lot. Additional overflow parking MAY BE available for a fee.

No tents, pop-ups or home made rv's allowed, per HOA rules

Pet Rules

2 pets allowed with some restrictions on aggressive dog breeds.

Dogs cannot be walked inside the park except on a leash to the gate and to the outside dog walk area. Please don't let your dogs wander over to anybody's property while walking to the outside dog walk area. The dog walk area is approximately 1/2 mile to the gate. If the dog relieves himself before you get outside, pick it up and you will be fine.

CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ROAM AND WILL BE TRAPPED if they are let loose. (sorry, not my rule)

Park Rules

No overnight street parking

Rv and vehicle must fit entirely on the Rv lot with no hangover in the street

No home made rv's, no pop-ups, no tents

There is no age restriction on Rv's

Any vehicle that won't fit on the RV lot (trailers, large trucks, boats) will have to be stored elsewhere.  There is  LIMITED onsite storage onsite that may or may not be available. Fees charged. There are a lot of offsite storage facilities available for your needs.
