RV Lot at Venture Out Resort

We closed on the property on March 14th.   We have renters on the lot until April 1st, so we haven't been able to move onto the new RV lot.

Here are a few pictures of the lot.

The Answer to the Question is: Yes

We have already been asked if we will be renting out our new Rv lot.

I guess, we probably should actually close on the property first, but providing there are no glitches, we will close on March 14th.  I hope I am not jinxing the deal.


Yes, we will rent out our new Rv lot in the Keys.


No, it will not be cheap.   :)



We are still working on the specifics, so stay tuned.



The lot is at Venture Out Resort.  It is on Cudjoe Key, which is mile marker 23.   It's half way between Key West and Marathon.


I will soon be posting more pictures of the lot and the area, but in the meantime, you can check it out the website  here.


In the meantime, the following are some random pictures we took of the lot and the park.

The park is clean and nice.  The streets are paved and wide.   It is not strictly an Rv park. There are some small older trailers, some mid rise mobile homes, and some homes on stilts, as well as some rv sites mixed in.

Many lots are on canals which lead directly out to the Atlantic.  There are a few sites that overlook directly to the water.   

There are some very strict rules, such as no dog walking in the park.  You can walk your dog from your site out the gate to the dog walk area outside the park, but you cannot take your doggie for a walk down to the marina.   Some people don't like this rule, but it certainly keeps the dog mess down.
